What you choose to send
A profile submission asks for your name, email address, contact number, selected roles, subject and profile introduction. This form is for adults aged 18 or older submitting their own profile. One to three profile photos are required; separate profile-sharing permission and an adult self-declaration are required. A site-update request asks for your name, email address and confirmation that you want updates. Please do not send identity documents, banking information, passwords or sensitive medical information through these forms.
How enquiries are used
Information is used to review and respond to your enquiry or manage the updates you request. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking, appointment, order, loan application, representation agreement or employment application.
Storage and access
Form submissions are processed through a shared Cloudflare-hosted enquiry service and stored in Cloudflare D1. Profile photos are stored privately with the enquiry. They are not published as a public gallery or automatically sent to other recipients. Access to the administrative record is restricted to the authorised site operator. Security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee that an online service will never experience a security incident.
Security checks
The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile when configured to help detect automated abuse. Cloudflare processes security signals for this check under its own terms. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Profile sharing and your choice
The separate unticked profile permission asks whether Cape Town Modeling Agency may privately share the submitted profile, name, email address, contact number and submitted photos with marketers, event organisers and prospective clients solely for casting, bookings and work opportunities. A separate adult self-declaration confirms that you say you are 18 or older and are submitting your own profile; it is not verified proof of age. This profile form is for adults submitting their own profiles; do not submit a child’s profile or photos. A profile does not guarantee work, representation or a booking.
Privacy and withdrawal requests
Use the form below to withdraw permission for future sharing, request deletion, access or correction, or ask a related privacy question. Include a profile reference if you have one so the operator can identify the relevant submission. You do not need to submit a profile or give sharing permission to make a privacy request. The operator may need to verify that the request relates to your information. Withdrawal does not recall copies already provided to recipients; you can ask the operator for help with removal requests. Only upload photos you have permission to share.
Retention and removal
Modelling profiles and their submitted photos are retained without an automatic expiry for future modelling opportunities. You can request deletion or withdraw permission for future sharing using the privacy request form.
Other enquiries and site-update requests are retained for handling the request and follow-up. A fixed automatic deletion period is not currently stated. You can ask the operator about retention or request removal using the privacy request form.
You can request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or ask to stop site updates, through the privacy request form. The operator may need to verify that the request relates to your information.
External destinations
Calendly, retailer links and other external websites operate under their own privacy notices and terms. Check the destination before providing information or making a purchase. This website does not control how those providers handle your information.
Cookies and analytics
This redesign does not include advertising or audience analytics tags. Essential security processing may occur when the form and its abuse checks are used.
